Every Wedding Tells a Story

These are not galleries. They are stories. Come behind the scenes of the design challenges, the creative solutions, and the little moments that made each of these weddings unmistakably theirs.

Our Work

Three weddings. Three entirely different worlds.

Jennifer & Haru wedding at Starlight Meadows, Mill Creek

Jennifer & Haru

Starlight Meadows, Mill Creek

A romantasy vow renewal where rainbow gradients and phoenix symbolism brought a couple’s extraordinary love story to life.

The Vision

Jennifer and Haru wanted to create a world that felt like stepping into a fantasy realm, one that reflected the warmth and evolution of their love story, their appreciation for everyone in their lives, and the symbolism of their last name: Phoenix.

Bringing It to Life

The gradient of the rainbow became the through-line for everything, woven into the personal florals, the family-style dining centerpieces, and the desserts. Every wedding party member wore a different color dress, surrounding the couple in a living spectrum as they renewed their vows. The couple and their son chose attire that transported their guests into a fantasy realm from the moment the ceremony began. For the reception, they changed into new looks representing the rebirth of the phoenix.

What Made It Theirs
  • Personalized phoenix thank-you cards in stunning multicolor that doubled as escort cards, one for every guest and vendor
  • The couple hand-selected and made all of the rainbow gradient florals themselves
  • An ice cream sweetheart cake in their favorite flavors adorned in a rainbow, alongside ice cream cupcakes topped with multicolored roses, because this family loves ice cream cake
  • A ceremony entrance song Jennifer chose to express her gratitude for Haru and their loved ones, played again at the reception alongside her heartfelt speech explaining why it was chosen
The Result

An unforgettable fall afternoon where the sun and an actual rainbow made an appearance, as if the day itself was in on the plan. A romantic fantasy realm that honored this enchanting couple and every person who came to celebrate with them.

Madeline & Ben wedding at Calkins Point at Luther Park, Mercer Island & Private Residence

Madeline & Ben

Calkins Point at Luther Park, Mercer Island & Private Residence

An elegant outdoor celebration where Quaker tradition, cultural heritage, and a forest dance floor came together under the stars.

The Vision

Madeline and Ben wanted an elegant picnic-style outdoor celebration that reflected their love story and Quaker upbringing while weaving in the cultural traditions that shaped them both.

Bringing It to Life

Calkins Point became the setting for a ceremony, social hour, and dinner on the lawn. White chairs were arranged in a circle, echoing a Quaker meeting, around a ground-level arbor of driftwood and florals brought in by the groom’s mother. The couple stood in the center and professed their love in a self-uniting ceremony, then joined their families in the first row as guests rose one by one to offer well wishes and advice. Afterward, everyone gathered on blankets on the lawn for a picnic-style dinner. As the sun set, the couple slipped away for golden-hour photos while their guests were shuttled to the groom’s family home, where a DJ transformed the backyard into a forest dance floor that stayed alive well into the night.

What Made It Theirs
  • A self-uniting Quaker ceremony where guests stood to share their blessings for the couple
  • Their dog walking alongside them in the ceremony and joining the wedding photos
  • A buffet from the family’s favorite local Chinese restaurant
  • Red foil-wrapped cookies brought by the bride’s parents in honor of her cultural heritage
  • An afterparty at the groom’s family home, where some of his own recorded music played throughout the night
The Result

A celebration that wove together faith, culture, and personality into a single unforgettable evening, from a sunlit Quaker ceremony on the water to a starlit dance floor in the forest. Every element became part of the overarching melody that ushered this couple into the next chapter of their love story.

Dan & Megan wedding at The Edgewater Hotel & Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Seattle

Dan & Megan

The Edgewater Hotel & Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Seattle

A waterfront celebration where the romance of Puget Sound met the details that made it unmistakably theirs.

The Vision

Dan and Megan wanted their day to feel like the soft side of the Sound, the quiet beauty of the water, the calm of the shoreline, while honoring the family they were already building together.

Bringing It to Life

We built a world rooted in the water just outside the windows. An array of soft blues and whites anchored the palette, with towering hydrangea arrangements echoing seafoam and waves at both the parish and the hotel. The chapel’s shell-walled altar became an organic extension of the design rather than a backdrop. At the Edgewater, votives in cream, white, and sand tones carried the warmth of the couple’s love through the room. Every texture pointed back to the Sound.

What Made It Theirs
  • A custom blue neon “Established In” sign, created as a surprise for their daughter
  • A dessert spread of the couple’s favorite Met Market cookies and Nothing Bundt Cakes instead of a traditional wedding cake
  • A recording of an original song the bride’s mother wrote, played during the father-daughter dance
  • A family dance uniting the newlyweds and their daughter
  • The Edgewater Hotel itself changed its iconic red “E” to blue for the evening in honor of the couple
The Result

What the bride describes as “picture perfect,” a celebration where the venue, the palette, and every personal detail spoke the same language, turning a historic waterfront hotel into something unmistakably, irreplaceably theirs. The kind of evening their guests will be talking about for years.
